Appointments & Cancellations
We reserve your appointment time specifically for you. At least 24 hours' advance notice is required to cancel or reschedule without charge. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be billed at 50% of the visit cost, and missed appointments without notice may be billed at 100% of the visit cost. Payment
We are out-of-network with most insurance providers, and payment is expected at the time of service. Upon request, we can provide a superbill with the appropriate billing codes so you may seek reimbursement directly from your insurer. We accept HSA, FSA, and HRA payment, as well as major credit cards.
